The things that are just plain wrong

Resets ... kat gets a reset of her cd on kills. Not okay. Wasn't okay for yi, it isn't okay for her or any other champion. Remove them.

Illaoi have tentacles that can't be skill shot killed, and that spawn on H.A. Kindred doesn't get to do jungle camps, illaoi should not get her wall tentacles either (there are just no places to get away from them).

CC that can cause stun for days. Just say no Riot. Fix it. No more than 2 seconds of cc in any 30 second interval against a single champion.

Champions that can not only build tank, but have a lot of damage. They are all reward/no risk.

Burst champions that can kill in less than 3 seconds ... that should NEVER be, unless they are also that squishy ... and it needs to be inversely proportional. If a champion builds damage, they lose sustain/survival if they build survival, they lose damage (even during the game).

Snowballing ... it needs to go away. As a champion gets more kills, they need to have their power decrease, not increase because they can get items that help.

I see nothing wrong with any of the above mentioned. You just have to know your way around them. Kat is an easy champ to counter. And many caster champs are defenceless without their cc devastation, don't like it....dodge.

actually the OP is countering himself. champs cant take more than 2 sec of CC in 30 sec, but is bitching about kat and her counters....

Old news. Her base damages and scaling on most of her skills that are not her ult are lower than average. Even more-so for an assassin. Her Q can hit hard if she hits both. But if she's spamming a team with resets, it's often a spam of W and E and not as much Q. She's a clean up mage more than an assassin. Unless her team has a wombo to set her up, all of her teams fights start as a 4v5.

Yi was a problem because he scales so hard. A skilled enough Yi can take of multiple enemies after a few items. Once he gets to this point he is able to not only wreck and clean up like Kat, but he doesn't make the fight start as a 4v5. He shouldn't be the first one in, but he does not require a setup. On top of this his Q counters CC from stopping him. Kat doesn't have this. So although they do play similarly in a teamfight. They're different enough that you can't just say "no resets on anyone because Yi lost his". There was more to it than the resets.

I think they could use a width reduction. And for on-hit effects to count as two hits. Giving them some counter picks/builds. But mainly the width decrease. They shouldn't be such a pain to dodge for something that can push you out of lane so easily.

The way they work is honestly smart overall. Otherwise she'd have to put up with with Zyra puts up with. AoE wrecks her plants. But currently they have little to no counterplay. And for something so annoying and powerful. There's no reason for this.

CC that can cause stun for days. Just say no Riot. Fix it. No more than 2 seconds of cc in any 30 second interval against a single champion.

Why? Most 2+ second CC's come with their own drawbacks. Usually the problem with strong CC(not restricted to long duration CC) is how it works. LIke Ekko's stun. He's an assassin that gets huge area to setup a stun and it gives him a shield. Double survivability bonus. Yes it can be dodged, but you can't always do that. It's like Blitz hook. He just needs it to work once. Then again I don't think any assassin should ever have hard CC. Leblanc is as close as it should get, and hers has drawbacks as it is(tether, skill shot, slow moving).

Champions that can not only build tank, but have a lot of damage. They are all reward/no risk.

The point of this is that if the tank did no damage, no one would focus them. They would be completely ignored for the whole fight. But this also has to be taken into the champion as a whole. Mundo can do massive damage as a whole to a team. Between his strong poke, aoe, and beefieness. He's a powerhouse overall. But he has very limited CC. Countered by GW. Being a health stacker means he's at the mercy of %hp damage. He has a lot of counter to him. It's just those counters are not really as "meta" right now. That and ADC's not wanting to build the GW LW item.

Burst champions that can kill in less than 3 seconds ... that should NEVER be, unless they are also that squishy ... and it needs to be inversely proportional. If a champion builds damage, they lose sustain/survival if they build survival, they lose damage (even during the game).

3 seconds? That's asking a bit much. Less than a second, sure. That's toxic as hell. But 3 seconds is fair. That's plenty of time for your team to peel for you or for you to escape(if you have one). This game isn't built around 1v1.

Snowballing ... it needs to go away. As a champion gets more kills, they need to have their power decrease, not increase because they can get items that help.

It's a reward system. One that needs to be reworked. I get that Riot is looking for faster games. But this is not how to do it. But it is still preseason. They have room to improve. It's bad enough that turrets are weaker. But minion buffs? There are SO many mechanics they killed with this.

o.O ROFLMFAO!!!!!!

I am game to see "As a champion gets more kills, they need to have their power decrease"! But it has to be for ALL champs.

It might make a great temp game mode but it is obviously NOT League of Legends.
