I played Jax top against Nasus,When i attacked him and used my E,He used his Q and dealt damage to me instead of nothing,Every time I use my E he can easy damage me with Q. so I want to ask if this is normal or it is a bug ? I feel like it isn't fair to take the damage,Because the ability says that it dodge all incoming basic attacks,And Nasus Q is a basic attack but more powerful. Well,you know better :)

ValyrianBlade1 votesIt has been intended previously as while the basic attack is ignored, the on-hit isn't.
That said, I believe a recent update was supposed to make this more consistent and avoid the damage, and Riot is aware that they missed Nasus' Q and should be fixed in an upcoming patch. (I think I read that on a non-Riot site).
LynXerf1 votesIt should block the Q as changed in patch 5.22, Riot stated. If any damage got through when he Q'd you, it's a bug.
I also believe they say on-hit buffs should be consumed. So he should deal 0 dmg to you and his q should go onto cooldown.
