Requesting Blind MMR adjustment; this is absolutely insane.
I am so tired of this. I cannot improve at this game when I play at an extremely low level but there are Diamond and Platinum players in my games on the enemy team. I played Co-Op Vs. AI until 30ish which was probably a mistake, but ever since I hit level 30, every single Normal game is comprised of players I don't belong with. My presence is THROWING games for better teammates, I have NO BUSINESS being matched with these people that are much better than me, I am a liability every. single. game. Additionally, I am playing against people that rotate, pressure, have 130 CS at 15 minutes, among other ridiculous displays of efficiency. I am not new to LoL, but I took a several year break; I was never really any good at the game. This is a new account.
Almost every game my team gets taunted endlessly by the enemy team. My teammates are frustrated at my level of play and it makes them lash out (which I understand their frustration.) As a Support main I lose every single lane to Mid players who are just taking their Mid OTP Bottom to "Support" by buying Watcher then full AP (Brand, Zyra, etc.)
I am currently saving up enough BE to buy Champions and finally get into Ranked mode. As it stands right now, I have a 35% winrate in Normals for my most recent 20 games and an overall winrate of upper 42%. I am losing losing losing, but the people I get matched with (included allies) are only getting better and more competent as my winrate continues to plummet. I do not understand. The common denominator here is me, I'm losing people their games, but the system is not adjusting me. My MMR is 1582 and I have no clue as to why.

How is this acceptable?
I know you learn and get better by playing with people better than you. But the skill disparity is so high every. single. game. that I am unable to play and learn. Almost every loss is because of me. Every victory is despite me. I'm not having a good time. I'm in games I don't belong in. I'm requesting a Normal MMR adjustment and I might even send a Support ticket.
