@Riot Concerning ADC Varus

Hey, I was wondering if you all are ever going to actually take a serious look at Varus and give him some MAJOR love. He hasn't ever REALLY been up to par with many other of the ADC's in the bot lane. The ONLY time I ever see a Varus is mid lane and they usually do kind of well then entirely become useless. I love Varus, but in reality his kit is very "meh" and could use a lot of love.

He is outshined by a lot of other ADC's and some other ADC's do his job, better. Please, you don't have to be specific just GIVE US A SIGN PLZZZZ
