How tf does akali have the lowest winrate in league rn, she isnt that bad, i get that a lot of people in low elo don't know how to play ryze and that's why his wr is bad, but akali?

Because she has 70% banrate and past diamond 2 she's permabanned. Which leaves people below gold that tank akali's w/r down.
To answer the OP: Akali is only good in pro play. In solo queue, she falls off too hard after the early game, and she's extremely hard to utilize properly outside of laning phase in comparison to other assassins that just drop their shit on you. She's easy to feed with, and even if she gets fed, she just hands out her shut down gold the minute larger scale fights start. On top of this, repeated nerfing after nerfing with no compensation means she's getting weaker for the pro players, but she's ALSO getting weaker for everyone else.
The result is that if you're not a top tier, Master+ Akali main...you're basically giving the enemy your lp by playing Akali. She's not weak in the objective sense, but the delta between her good and great players is massive.
