Game crashed, couldn't open client. Had to reinstall.

So I've also had this before a few years ago when I played league and I got it recently again. I would open the client, none of my friends show up, cant open up shop or queue, so i close it and suddenly I can't open a client. So I had to reinstall it and change a bunch of privacy settings since it wouldn't download because it said it's not available on the software even thought I just uninstalled it and have windows 10. Eventually I have it back now, but this is a pain in the ass because I just installed the game -___- 3 months ago and I feel like it's going to happen again. Anyone else with this issue?
