So, you get the endless threads wanting URF. We finally get it, but a mockery of it. ARURF. So it's just an interesting thought that with all the excess CDR, it's like Rito is slapping is in the face.

Damage and mobility creep, and to a degree, CC creep really make this game feel like URF. There's an interesting irony in complaining for URF. We technically did get it; now it's every game you play.
