Atleast Vayne kept her -3 AD. Atleast now she wont be played in 99% of all games! /s Vayne - Attack Damage per level lowered to 3.25 (down from 3.5) [Reverted to live]

PBE almost always makes it through the first or second time it changes. They don't listen as much as you're told they do. Mordekaiser Cassiopeia Teemo Veigar Pretty flexible alright. There sure wasn't anyone complaining about them being reworked.
