His winrate somehow miraculously jumped from a 46.29% winrate to 51.86% instead of dropping into the abyss even though he received huge nerfs to his E and Ultimate. Did I miss something?

Now it's just a matter of "When will they nerf him for surviving too hard?"
I doubt we'll ever get his fluidity back, though. And it's a huge shame. Nobody ever asked for a numbers buff on the herald.
