Can we remove Grievous Wounds already?

Now that pretty much every mage and their mom builds Morello's the issues with Grievous Wounds are more apparent then ever. The ability to reduce healing needs to be removed, and healing needs to be balanced around the idea that Grievous Wounds is gone.

Champions that are fantastic when allowed to heal freely and awful when they are not are not good design. Especially now that it's just something that the other team is going to have, and not a choice that was picked up in order to counter.

You would think with us being in this tanky meta full of low damage tanks champions such as Mundo or Soraka, who excel at extending teamfights into their favor over time would be good. Grievous Wounds is around in every game because it's just haphazardly attached to the best first item for most mid laners though, and so champions that rely on healing are not appearing in a meta that should heavily favor that kind of thing.
