Nocturne needs love
Don't get me wrong, nocturne is a great champion, with decent power. My issue is tht he is simply out classes by other junglers. He is a chaser who gets power by running down enemies. However, he is super squishy and tha makes it sometimes difficult to do, and other chasers do his job better, ie master yi, xin zhao, hecarim. I'm asking nocturne is tweaked to no longer be out classed, but also not out classing others.
