A Jungler should never be able to gank a lane with a level up, double buffs, and full HP period

It doesn't matter if it's top lane or mid lane

It doesn't matter how the laner person used their free warding trinket

The fact is that this shouldn't even have to be a powerspike that any laner has to worry about, like at all.

The fact is this should not even be possible at all PERIOD. Only 2-3 jungler champions could do it before and they were always pick/ban in pro games and solo queue because of it. Now it seems like EVERY jungling champion can do it and every jungler player can do it even if they're some random autofilled jungler.

  • Revert both of the needless buffs to both jungling starting items, it's clear at this point that they were not even needed. That means both the bonus attack speed, and extra AoE damage on talisman.

  • Revert the bonus catch up XP changes in the jungle that were made in 7.22

  • The Junglers that used to be able to do this (like lee sin) are already weak and shouldn't be nerfed more. Increase the initial time that junglers spend interacting with their jungle indirectly instead. Jungling is supposed to be just that, interacting with JUNGLE monsters, not a perma roaming ganker that can fall back on bullshit amounts of bonus catch up XP even when their ganks are incredibly sloppy and obvious.

  • Even if champions like Lee Sin and Elise were still capable of doing it after said changes, it would still be highly preferable to every other jungle champion and their mother being able to do it.

God I can't imagine the whining if level 2 ganks become meta - because yes, those are possible too.

So we going to make Ivern/Nunu the only meta Junglers? Since if we take away catch up exp those 2 champs will just constantly invade freely and ruin your teams chances since they would force your JG to be way behind. Even now I have been in games where I out level the enemy JG by 3+ levels, because they ganked and failed and lost either the top or bot side JG. I even been in games my Duo and I or a random person I ask to do this is I take his bot JG, our top takes Top JG and force the enemy JG to be lower level then their support. Taking away the catch up exp hurts too much for it to matter, since there are people who will bitch about not getting ganks. Even now I have 1/7 top lanes bitch that I don't help them get back into the game when they are already dying 1v1.
