After all the people saying that edge of night needed to be disabled on URF why is it still enabled?

Seriously i want to see a Riot response on this shit. The pbe forums had numerous threads saying the same shit, that this item needed to be disabled but apparently Riot doesn't pay attention to those fucking forums (i mean obviously base on the amount of unbalanced shit that makes it to the live servers). Hell they didnt even tweak the cd or duration like some people were saying their lazy asses just decided "fuck it, we have to get these teemo skins made we cant be bothered to listen to any of the PBE feedback"
