most likely, riot rarely goes back on nerfs/changes. Yes they did it, but not often.

No changes to masteries were detailed in the notes for Patch 6.21.

I'm pretty sure they are only on the PBE at the moment.

Anyways, thay've stated that they will be adjusting her kit in pre-season.
