the reason kindred isnt so popular is because:

they dont have the flashy oneshot combo 2.they take some skill 3.they have only 1 skin

Let's see... Zed, Yi, Yasuo, Jax, Ekko just to name a few, and just a personal preference on Jhin. (His kit and damage is rediculous)

Yi will still be stupid as hell as long as guinsu's RB will be how it is now. The new jungle item is 3% max health, no matter what, so then stack that with BORK, and right there is 9% max health per aa, and then with rageblade on hit, with his passive true damage. He will be doing basically 10% max hp per hit, and that doesn't even include his crit damage. Yi will still be very viable because of that item.

Guinsoo's Rageblade's passive is changing to when fully stacked, it is the same as a sated devourer.

I know, but it takes Yi what, 3 seconds to fully stack RB? Still making his dmg insane with 3% max hp on hit, and an extra 6% max health if he builds BORK to go along with it.

Oh I think I misunderstood what you meant when you said 'as long as guinsu's RB will be how it is now'. I see now you meant what it is on the PBE. Not the current live AoE damage proc.

No worries man. Sometimes I am just way too easily confused. I agree. I think that Yi (remember this is theory crafting) could do somewhere like 1700 dmg with 3 autos... tad much. :) that was with item 3930 item 3124 item 3748 item 3156 item 3742 iirc what I did the numbers with.

Yeah, and sometimes you had the person who went crit as well on him, such as a static, or PD. So the amount of damage, and too if he has his double strike up, is utterly devastating. The other day in one of my games, we had a super fed yi, and we halked up to the enemy nasus with a SV, Frozen Heart and 5 hit him, though his ult. They atleast need to take away his ability to not be slowed/exhausted when he ults.

Don't forget that BORK is Current %HP damage, not Max %HP damage. It gives diminishing returns.

I think Jhin's damage is too much as well. No matter how much armor you got, he 1 shots you if he gots a couple of items. No other ADC does that much damage.

His passive needs to be nerfed. And no way in hell should he get percent health, movement speed, and auto crit with 1 auto. If he builds a youmuu's catching him will be super hard with no hard cc.

anyway let's see.. Syndra Caitlyn Jhin Jayce Zyra are broken imo. It's not like pros pick balanced champions anyway.

Yasuo, zed, caitlin, jhin, jinx, MF, Jayce, Darius, Olaf, VI, Thresh, Ekko, Swain, Syndra, maybe Jax?.

All those i mentioned are stacked and too strong. Pick one from them.

My top 3 WOuld be Yasuo, Zed, Jinx. Special mention to Jayce ,Swain.

From those top 3, Yasuo and Jhinx do so much damage and their kits are stacked in stats and bonuses for no fucking reason. Zed on the hands of a pro has no counter play and will decimate all the squishies before you can put a finger on him.

Jayce is another case of overtuned kit. Swain has stupidly broken mana sustain and he cant be bullied in the lane because of this...then gets tanky as fuck. Simply broken.
