Anivia's passive should have a better indicator similar to Annie stun count

Part of the reason people just ignore Anivia in team fight's is because they naturally assume she has her passive up, and it would be a waste to focus her. I was hoping to suggest some easier way to be able to tell when her passive is up (maybe even Zac's too). I weighed the pros and cons and still think if Annie get's an obvious counter for her stun then it wouldn't really hurt Anivia or Zac.
