Best Kled build for any situation? - Post your opinions below!

So, I decided to buy Kled today, but as usual, I normally wait a week for people to stop playing it so I can do some tests, but I got bored, so I got into a 1v5 custom game against intermediate bots to test a build. First time playing him, immediately knew I shouldn't be building those recommended items if I want to be useful to my team, so I mashed up some really strong items that worked really well on Kled (and Skaarl).

Build:

Runes: 9 Armor Seals 9 Physical Damage Marks 6 Cooldown Reduction Glyphs 3 Cooldown Reduction (p/lvl) Glyphs 3 Physical Damage Quintessences (or lifesteal for sustain)

The reason for thunderlord's and cooldown reduction is for the sheer fact that you can proc thunder with just your pocket pistol and CD allows you to constantly snare and deal extra damage to your enemies

With these runes, masteries and a nearly completed build you can have 45% cooldown reduction and about 200 AD which is just enough to kill anyone 1v1 even if you're not as fed as they are.
