Nerf Soraka's Heal
i don't know how soraka still so broken with her heal. you can do anything to their adc. that is cheating with 2s cdr doenst include cdr items and if u are full ap soraka and heal regen. that is stupid bullshit. Nerf it soon

Or maybe focus the Soraka who can't heal herself outside of her ult or Q and uses %max of her own hp to heal others?
Just kill Soraka. Her heals are absolutely insane but they don't work if she's dead and she pays in her own health to use them. Always kill Soraka first.
That's the whole point of her character- to be a devoted healer at the cost of her own life. If she sucked ass at healing, what would be the point of even using her?
Some things to remember when playing against soraka -
<- drasticallly reduces the effectiveness of her heals (excluding ult) this is a MUST HAVE on your team against a soraka or sustain team.- you might want to take
rather than 
- Dodge her starcall, it's one of the easiest skillshots to avoid.
- Bait out her Equinox (E), which is her only peel for her adc. It has a relatively long cd early so engage soon after she's used it.
- Focus Soraka, Focus Soraka, Focus Soraka, Focus Soraka, Focus Soraka
warmorgs soraka just feels cheaty :)
Sure! But then give her damage and tankiness and better cc to make up for it.
Seriously though, she ONLY HEALS. I think her healing powers should be strong.
