Matching Game is real BUG

i don't know why they matched me lvl 26 with enemy team is 3 Plat?

this happened to me many times, the mmr of both team is not fair. my team mmr always lower than them is over 100 mmr. what is wrong with this system?

This happens alot in normals especially if you smurf guess the game just cant find people or w/e it is. Its been shit like that for a while.
