Bad Players everywhere

First, 3 games with 2 scripters in enemy side, my team they even said in chatbox "i will troll", cause he sucks and he ended with bronze, that's why he trolled all game he was in to get everyone to bronze. he get report for 4 games he was in for sure cuz i check his history and everything he did is feeding. The tips for you guys, stop playing ranked game atm if you wasn't in high elo last season.
