Mute ppl even their ping sound

I dont know how many time i create this topic, i'm so tired with someone harass me with ping they know that the stupid riot system will ban someone toxic but not someone harass with pinging. One more request, can you give me a reaason why you didnt mute sound someone get muted from team? i have no way to stop them but mute sound everyone u think it's way and better?
