Too many dc's and not enough compensation

I get around 1 dc every 5 games at this point and its pretty sad tbh. You must do absolutely nothing to punish these players because there are so many of them. When im playing ranked and im winning and someone disconnects on my team, that tilts me and HARD. I report these players and I never get that notification that action was taken. How do you expect me to get to those disgusting and flawed promotion series that you at riot games insist must be played if I can't even have a 5 man team. Either ban these players or make me lose less lp i dont care. Fix your stupid system and fix it fast. Yes i am also mad.
