Are you serious riot? And it's legendary tier too. How long has swain been waiting for that skin, a few years now? This just goes to show that riot does not care about making skins for champions that need it, only for champions that will get the skin to sell a ton. Good job on a perfectly wasted opportunity to finally keep the swain mains alive after the nerfs to healing champions through executioner's calling.
