Why? If you're winning she stuns you and rips you a new one with the true damage and sheen procs. If you're losing she slows you hard so you cant get away. Its a POINT AND CLICK ABILITY so why is it still 2 seconds long? Can you think of another 2s stun that is point and click?

Are we talking about an ability which lost 40 damage max rank and has to be max rank for a 2 second stun?
All the while the target has to have higher % health making it unreliable for on the spot engagements.
You know how it works and you should know how to work around it.

's E is a targetted stun, though the duration only goes up to 1.5s

's W polymorphs you, it like a stun that lets you move slowly
That's two matching with 4 similar. They all have greater ranged than Irelia's E and aren't conditional.
