Thresh VFX Update and colorblindness

So the initial idea for the update is to improve readability for the beloved chain warden. Leagues colorblind mode has had a fair share of issues such as Pulsefire Caits R Tahm Kenches grey health. One issue that still persists is a lack of blue-yellow colorblind support.

Thresh has always had some difficult visuals and this update will only worsen it (base skin only) at least for people such as myself which is the opposite goal as to what Riot wants.

Adding a new colorblind mode or simply changing thresh is colorblind mode would help immensely.
