Dragon Trainer Singed

Idea By Worst Singed art by Praline aLa Mode.

Q - Spews out a stream of smoke to fit the singed poison look. W - Launches out bubbling tar. E - Basically Singed fling but theres a dragon on his back. R - To show increase of movespeed the dragon starts flapping its wings.
