Could you at least make them visually dimmer or something so i can tell the difference between them and Tier 3 runes? Thanks.

hmm do they not say tier 2 on them ? im pretty sure if you click on a rune it says what they are and what tier they are and im positive in your profile page you can filter the runes from tier by clicking boxes http://imgur.com/a/0aiYH

My issue is that they sometimes still show up in the new client if you select only Tier 3
