How crit should be changed
Crit should be tied to the new rune system.if you make a rune that allows you to perform critical strikes and remove crit chance as a stat on items I think it will fix the issues that crit brings to the game. Along with the rune, items should instead have more crit modifiers in place of crit chance. As for the rune it could be something like scaling critical chance or a 4 hit crit passive or something more creative. This way if you want to take a crit build you have to give something up In the form of other powerful runes. This way you can't have huge dmg with shit tons of lifesteal ,while penetrating most of an opponents armor, and having max attackspeed since most crit items have this stat attached (basically having it all without tradeoff). This can open up crit to more champions without it being overwhelming since you have to make a tradeoff.
