Fill minus One

If I take fill I should have the option of taking off one of the roles if I want to. I select fill so my teammates can get what they desire most, but sometimes I just don't feel like playing Jungle at the moment, or ADC at a certain time. I've played the game since forever and I know how to play every role at a high level so I don't care what I get, just that my teammates aren't getting something they can't play.

Why, if I am volunteering to take 2x more role positions than the average player, am I not allowed to take one off if I want? This doesn't negate the purpose of fill. There's a huge difference between Fill and Autofill. Autofill would still apply the same.

I'd like an option to take off a role,

but i'd prefer if fill gave you a 20% chance at each role.

Which is why i don't or rarely fill, because i know i'll get placed support 80% of the time.

I don't mind being support every few games, but i hate when it is the only role i end up playing.

Fill does not mean random. Fill means to fill in what is needed, which in most cases is support because people avoid it like the plague.

This option would make me play fill a lot more. I really like to play each role except jungling and I really am bad at it... I'd need 2 divisions lower than wood one to be classified.

they actually originally tried to add this... I'm not 100% sure why it was scrapped.

It was scrapped because people were still gaming the system to get the one role that they really wanted while excluding support, making it take longer for games to even start.

As much as I would enjoy such a feature (to prevent playing Top ever again) people would just use this to prevent Supp and this way creating the whole Q-Time problem once more.

So: This wil never happen.

It puts preference to the other 4 over 1.

ah.... now i got it. You want to improove Fill and keep Auto-Fill the way it is. xD

OK - might be possible. But I'd still doubt its implementation. Medium effort for a pretty low amount of usage.
