Idea for new Zilean passive

A while ago I saw that Zilean's passive was on the radar as something that needed to be changed, but I haven't seen any news as to whether or not Riot has made any decisions on what they want to do with it yet so I just wanted to share my thoughts.

Zilean's core identity in the game is being the guy that revives people, so maybe just something as simple as his entire team spends 10% less time dead throughout the game?

Or maybe he can activate his passive in a way that allows him to instantly revive one of his teammates back to the summoner platform (R.I.P. Revive), or cut their remaining death duration in half or something.

Because something something invisible power. The first one is super un-interactive. The second one... maybe? It can be useful when defending base, and other times, just okay unless they're running teleport. I don't think it's unhealthy.
