I think that would be pretty cool, that way we're not limited to only getting 1 back every couple games.
Edit I'm not saying we should have more then two rolls per match, just that we could go to the store and refill both of our rolls for a price between games.
I'd much rather like to see a "point" system for ARAM. You start out with 500 points, and you can reroll for 250 - 50 X (level of mastery of the champion you are rerolling), with a max of 2 rerolls per game per person. Then it'd encourage people to try out new champions, as opposed to the current system which doesn't really do that too much.
This would be extremely unfair. People with ARAM accounts that only buy the OP champions already have a big advantage, but giving them a way to use their excess IP to increase their odds even further is just ridiculous.
Riot doesn't want you to sit there and reroll until you get what you want. That takes away all the randomness. What they need to do is unlock all champions in ARAM so those accounts can't abuse their limited champ pool anymore.

or they could give us one rr for every match easily doable by making the base rr point gain 250 .
Or just make it draft/ban and remove the randomness. Suddenly there's a reason to buy champions again.
Less random is healthier... or was dodge rate removed for lulz.
