Champions that are the best representations of their subclass.
So, Ghostcrawler was asked this on his tumblr page, and I thought it was interesting. I wanted to have a go at it myself, and hopefully see what you all would put as your "best representations of subclasses". There'll be bias for sure, so I'll put little justifications where I feel they're necessary.
Here's a link to Ghostcrawlers page if anyone's interested. http://askghostcrawler.tumblr.com/post/155782009488/which-champions-do-you-feel-are-the-best
Marksmen
Marksmen: Ashe - I really like the way crit scales on her, giving her what feels like a much fairer power curve than almost every other ADC and making her feel truly deadly in the lategame once she's item'd up. Her supportive qualities also help her team in ways that an ADC who's behind should be able to without providing damage.
Fighters
Juggernauts: Mordekaiser - Juggernauts to me, are all about little-to-no cc, low mobility speed, and being a monstrous wall of durability and damage. Bugs and outdated design aside, Mordekaiser fulfills this perfectly.
Divers: Vi - Current state aside (which is more a product of jg changes, CoC, and Divers being really good in general right now than Vi herself), Vi is great. She's got great upfront damage and engage, backed up by a bit of innate durability, and has just enough sustained damage to remain threatening once she's blown her cooldowns.
Mages
Battle Mages: Vladimir - what a surprise Vlad brings the threat of high-quality sustained damage and AoE, and little else. His innate longevity with sustain means that he's not going down easily, but as a Battle Mage should, doesnt bring much to a team beyond damage and damage-soaking. Honourary mentions to Karthus and Viktor.
Burst Mages: Veigar - Of all the burst mages in the game, Veigar is the least obnoxious to play against.
Artillery: Xerath - Using Rite of the Arcane is generally all you need to do to understand why Xerath is the most fantasy-fulfilling Artillery Mage in the game.
Slayers
Skirmishers: Yasuo - Fragile by design, forced into itemization that provides no defensive stats for at least two items, and heavily reliant on player skill. Yasuo is a frustrating, wind-walling, anime-binging pain in the ass, but the ideal of in-combat mobility and high damage offset by squishiness and a fairly sharp learning curve is well-realized in him.
Assassins: Zed - Unless incredibly fed, Zed will generally only be able to assassinate one target before having to blink back out to safety. Outside of that, his play pattern is more telegraphed and has room to react, unlike examples such as Talon, Rengar, and Shaco.
Tanks
Vanguards: Sion

Wardens: Braum
Controllers
Enchanters: Nami
Disruptors: Orianna - A constantly moving zone of danger that carries with it the threat to entirely disorient your team and leave you open for engage.
Spoon Drawer
IDK: Cho'Gath - Cho'Gath has the qualities of a Vanguard, a Disruptor, a Burst Mage, a Battle Mage, and a Juggernaut. Cho'Gath is awesome.
I look forward to seeing what you all think are the best representations of subclasses.
