What do you mean by this, and when is it being added to dynamic queue so that I can first time it in ranked?

delonix8 votesIf you actually want to play river shen in dynamic queue, queue up as support and then just play as river shen. Traditionally, river shen takes the place of a support, so the lanes end up 1 top, 1 mid, 1 bot, 1 jungle, and river shen. If you tried to go river shen after getting something other than support, it puts your team at a disadvantage compared to getting support and going river shen.

Bârd1 votesActually, if you can tag them with the sword, the slow when moving away from Shen seems pretty damn strong.
You could start Q, drag the sword into the river bush, then walk into the lane bushes. When they come into lane, call the sword through them and destroy them.
A bit harder than now, but with more potential CC at level 1
