Every once in a while I find that scripts have been bought and utilized in the high gold/low plat range. I just played against a corki that dodged every charm flash from every fog of war bush I had pinked that I could manage. Never hit him with charm or q all game no matter the situation.

"But you're gold, you're garbage".

Okay sure, but on his op.gg (that I apparently am not allowed to name here) he legit has a 100% win rate on corki over 25 ranked games.

Can we get another scriptor ban wave now? I can only imagine if the low elo monkeys have them it must be hell at high elo.

Edit: Hey everyone! So I logged in today and it said a player I recently reported had been punished, and he's the only one I reported in a while. So yay!! They punished the scripter probably XD

If you are talking about the corki games then its a very small sample that really shows nothing. And his over all winrate is 50%. I had a 8/0 streak with Zac back when i was silver, but i promise you i was too bad to be scripting back then :)

No it's not. Last season I climbed from silver 5 to gold 5 with a 70% win rate. It was actually over 80% when I was in low silver. That doesn't mean I cheated. It means I got significantly better at the game and perhaps a bit of luck

I went on a win streak 2 seasons ago that was crazy good, and I carried most of the games on it. Gold 4 to plat 4 iirc. If you looked at my lolking score it looked like I was completely boosted. But it was just me getting dialed in and the stars aligning with it.

I saw a cass scripter once but I think it was a video...it was crazy...they were doing all sorts of orb-walking no human could possibly do by moving the mouse back and forth across the screen in impossible ways, even targeting a player when their character model was behind the larger character models

Corki 144.0 CS 2.56:1 KDA 8.0 / 7.1 / 10.3 86% 7 played The guy youre talking about has played 7 games with corki then nothing in over 1 month.

Swain 200.2 CS 4.85:1 KDA 7.8 / 4.5 / 14.0 100% 6 Jouées I managed to do my placements recently, thats my swain KDA so far. Does this make me a scripter? No.

Scripting sucks and it's a big problem, I agree, but as someone in D3 I just wanted to say that contrary to what you/many people may think, scripting isn't really a problem in high elo (not sure I count as "high elo" but high enough where scripting doesn't matter).

You can actually tell when someone is scripting, and there are a number of ways to work around it. For example, they won't be able to rotate as effectively, teamfight as effectively, or other things. Also, you can sorta predict how the scripting is working and beat it at its own game once you know the game well enough. I almost never see anyone script at my elo, and if I do, they almost always lose.

I saw a video of I Will Dominate playing vs a scripting jinx and she was killing it (or the program was) in teamfights. the script gave near perfect orb walking and auto-dodged skill shots in the middle of the chaos of teamfights.

after seeing that, I'm fairly certain you can rarely win against them mechanically, and if your champ has mostly skillshots, you're gonna have a hard time.

that said, i suppose in high elo, they probably don't have enough game knowledge to win consistently, considering they got there by cheating.

a diamond player that's scripting can very easily beat challenger players. How do you think the challenger Viktor OTP got up there averaging 300+ CS and shitting on everyone.

There are several high elo players complaining about scripters such as the caster who is in korea currently (don't know his name, a pale young looking guy he is master/challenger himself consistently), kevinTV once talked about it, former pro player and upset as well, currently s04 player.

Probably not a D5 as they have 1/10th of the game knowledge of a challenger player, and even if they go even in lane or possibly win the challenger players are much more efficient at impacting the other lanes and snowballing. Mid/high diamond players might be able to though.

this has already been disproven repeatedly and is why KR had to create a special program for scripters.

Havnt watched the others yet, but i dont think the IWD one is a good example. They could have won but threw really hard and iirc Dom fucked up pretty badly a few times too.

The scripting couldn't be killed after a certain point. Throws like this also happen in Challenger as well. Regardless, even without the videos KR was over loaded with bronze/silver scripters chilling in challenger so excessively bad that a lot of the KR pros simply didn't play ranked and LS was having an extreme conniption fit.

Being challenger doesn't make you automatically immune to losing to scripters, considering scripting Xerath's hit NA challenger and the only counter to them is if your team is designed around beating his mid/late game by all 5 players all inning him at once with targeted abilities. Or having to end the game before Kalista spends 2600 gold. It can be done, but how often it actually happens is another question, especially considering you don't know if they're a scripter or not on the other team and most teams don't pick their champions based on if they're fighting scripters. I remember season 5 had a trio of Urgot, Lucian, and Xerath all scripting and they went like 85/2 all the way to challenger. It was kind of silly.

I doubt that. If it's a real scripter, especially ADC ones you have a hard time hitting your skillshots if you don't collapse all at the same time on him. True thing is i lost a game once with a scripting vayne because as you said besides the mechanical part he certainly lacked brain capicity by how he played.

Rito doesn't allow people to call out names, which is what linking the op.gg would do. Its a pretty stupid rule imo, people who are scripting like in this case would be found out a lot sooner.

Meh I see scripters in gold all the time if I'm on an account with a very high winrate - due to riot matchmaking I'll tend to go against a smurf or a scripter every now and then. Usually it's just boosters, though. A lot of less reputable boosters use scripts to increase the speed at which they can boost accounts.

Ouch. And flash charm is such a beautiful thing. I am still practicing it myself (Is it flash and charm simultaneously?). Anyway... scripting is still a thing? If it is than I guess Riot should look at it. Maybe you can spectate his game and see his awesomely impossible dodges and show it-- assuming you can do that legally. I have yet to deal with that but scipts that make dodges like that are annoying.

it's charm - into flash - almost at the same time. Lots of abilities do stuff like that. I mean I can download the replay but it's just typical impossible script movements, nothing fancy. And I'm not allowed to name shame him even though I really WANT to

The trick is to E-flash.

The e animation is fairly slow so by starting it first and then flashing the result is a charm that goes of the moment your flash is complete.

you flash during the cast animation

so its charm > flash

for point blank instant charm

you can do it with alistar by pressing q then flashing mid cast animation and instantly stunning people out of nowhere

My favorite is the Cass ult into flash. If you flash first it's easy to dodge. If you ult first it's almost instant.

I'm not good at spotting this stuff, but there was this one time...

I was nasus recalling in the bush next to raptors there was a pink ward in it so they had no vision of me. Enemy Sivir walked over and started to take raptors. She got in range so from still in the pinked bush I cast wither... and she spell shielded it...

I have few clips of a scripter i ran into in low gold he was playing corki and our only forms of cc was thresh and zac. i slowed down the clips and you can see his movements are inhuman esp his team fight dodges on zac abilitys and my skillshots as ezreal. i recorded and sent to riot support an that acc hasnt played in weeks so i guess it got banned.

I've seen quite a lot of scripting, especially from Ryze players. You can be standing on your own control ward in a bush and I can't count how many times one has just walked up to me and hit Rune Prison into a combo like I was just standing out in the open

Look at how he moves his char before the thresh hook animation starts all while dodging hook 360 spinning and shooting r in lucians general direction then 360 spin dodging flay lol. that was his last game in the last 10 days so i guess riot investigated it an banned him.
