Unpopular opinion : New LeBlanc is more toxic than the old one.

Even with the lockouts and delays on her burst, her winrate has increased substantially after only a few weeks, as has her banrate. With her being as high skillcap as she is, it's only going to steadily increase as more people get used to her new playstyle and figure out optimal ways to use her.

She has so many options in lane, not only to harass and kill her opponent, but also to farm with near impunity, and can outpush almost any mage from early on.

The only way for her to actually be balanced in her current state is to receive a lot of heavy nerfs to her damage, utility, and mana costs to bring her in line with the other champions. Her laning early game is just disgusting, as is her mid game roaming potential.

So the option is either heavily nerf her existing kit, or revert the rework. Otherwise, she will remain a permanent ban for the entirety of season 7. I know most people don't care, and would be happy, but some of us actually like her.
