I don't think it would be that bad for an enemy team, but I would like it if Veigar's e would give vision on the edges, It wouldn't change much because if someone is caught then I press w right after which gives vision, but I think it would be nice if the cage had vision.

Binxy Prime1 votesI dont think its necessary, w already gives vision, I think his E needs other changes to make it better, maybe remove the cast time while keeping the warning, or keeping the cast time while lowering the warning by .25 seconds or so.
