How do you win lane against him?
At any point if he gets 1 kill, the lane becomes impossible.
Also, if my JG comes he kills both of us by dancing around in turrets.
Am I supposed to actively try and destroy his turrets or is that somehow playing into his game? I have no clue.

in my opinion you should play an assasin like zed vs him zed can kill hes turets if he use q a lot of times and can burst him and escape his burst damage if you know how to play zed and zed can easy stack some mr and ad he dont have problem about the build hes actually great against heimer i guess for example heaxdrinker
