Remember Location of Surrender Vote/Be Able to Ping Baron/Elder Buff

Suggestion 1 - Remember the Location of Surrender Vote

I find the default location very distracting and every game end up moving it between the minimap and the character info UI at the bottom of the screen, like so:

The space between those two UI elements is less important IMO than right above the minimap where it normally would pop up. At the very least, allow players to move it and have the client remember that position instead of having to move it every game.

Suggestion 2 - Ping Baron/Elder buff to show remaining time

Often times teams will get Baron, push for a bit and back to base and there is still 1/3 Baron buff remaining which is ample time to get in another quick push. Being able to ping the buff might be useful to remind teammates of their priorities, also for lengthy sieges where you used the whole buff and it's soon wearing off, it could be useful to let your teammates know that the buff is about to run out.
