[Gameplay] Kayle is able to get off autos while suppressed by Malzahar ult

I just played a game where this bug happened twice in the same match. In one instance, Kayle was able to get off two auto-attacks, in the video I have here it's just one but still clearly a bug.

Not only is the tick of damage visible but in the bottom left you can see the burn from Kayle's red buff refresh on Malzahar.

What're you talking about? You can clearly see her swing while Malz ult'd, you can even see the Hurricane projectile hit and damage the minion next to Malz.

This isn't a bug, it's just your perception being off. Malz' suppress is a missle, even if it looks instant in the graphics. There is a short delay between the cast and the actual effect, before the missle/suppress actually hits the target. It isn't an instant thing.
