The issue is her Vault ability. Its supposed to be this flashy nimble escape.

Instead it actually says fuck you, stand still while I shred you with a bunch of damage. It should be something used defensively, instead its used offensively, cause of the way it works, and chasing people. Its a point and click stick that also grants way too much basically free un-trade-able damage. Its pretty toxic as most top laners dont have an answer for her. I mean have to ACTUALLY played Singed against her? Riot wants there to be some counter play in all match ups, but there is 0 in this one. Its literally sit still and dont break 15cs for the first 10min. Its pretty disgusting how useless you become. Its not just singed, but hes the most broad in the context of LITERALLY doing nothing. I had to actually afk and go make tea to calm my nerves last game. It was an utter embarrassment and quite frankly, a waste of time. I don't usually afk, I dont like people who do it on a constant basis. However, there was effectively 0 I could do in this match up. It really needs to be addressed. Because when she can still build spirit visage and frozen mallet and do tons of damage whilst being near unkillable. Forget about it. I cant even get near her. even had I had ghost, not possible due to her Vault.

Sorry if this turned into a rant slowly, but Jesus riot, thats not fair in any sense of the word.

Doesn't Singed flip have priority over where her vault lands?

It's not even that good. Once she uses Vault, she has no escape making her easy as hell to focus in teamfights. It also only goes in one direction, making it easy to predict. Compare that to:

Vayne - tumble, stealth, knockback/stun Graves - Dash in any direction, AoE blind/slow, free resistances Ezreal - Godly poke, can dash in any direction without a target (short CD) Lucian - Just general godly kiting Caitlyn - Trap spam, dash/slow

There's more, but generally Quinn's in-combat mobility is similar to Sivir. However, Quinn's late game is by far the worst of all the markmen. All of them are better teamfighters than her. The only marksman with a remotely similar late game is Kindred, but at least she has her utility to fall back on. Quinn offers nothing to a late game comp apart from theoretical damage output. What makes it worse is that Quinn's skill floor is probably higher than all of the above champs, save for arguably Vayne.
