Wukong is NOT the problem.

Duskblade and Electrocute is the problem, not Wukong, nerf the things that Wukong players abuse, not the champion itself!

And when will Riot give Wukong a REAL Passive that's actually viable and useful?

This Wukong nerf is too harsh in my honest opinion, you should Nerf Electrocute and Duskblade EVEN MORE instead, because every assassin is abusing those things, making them really OP!

Q base damage decreased. Q damage ratio decreased.

Wukong's burst damage is too high for a champion who has both a dash and invisibility to reduce the amount of time opponents have to respond. Q - Crushing Blow BASE DAMAGE 30/60/90/120/150 ⇒ 10/40/70/100/130 DAMAGE RATIO 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 total attack damage ⇒ 1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 total attack damage

If you're gonna gut Wukong like this fine, but at least give him a REAL PASSIVE ABILITY already!

Both are a problem.

Electrocute did too much, Duskblade did too much.

But you couldn't do shit against a Wukong anyways. If you were behind him, you died, and there was no way for anything else to happen besides his player being a literal monkey as well.

-20 damage at all ranks seems kinda high, so I can understand being unhappy with that BUT .1 ad ratio decrease, whata useless champion. Wukong players might as well quit playing such a sad useless pathetic excuse for a viable character.

Wukong's kit is pretty unhealthy for the game. He goes straight to cancer status the moment he's allowed to do well because of his stupid decoy, combined with his dash and his ultimate offering so much safety, damage, and engage.

Wukong had always been kept in check by having basically no offensive itemization options, being forced to build tanky until recently. Also tank items in general being weak means everyone just builds offense.

In this context a champion like Wukong that becomes pure point and click burst actually is a problem. He became a problem because he abuses the current state of the game.

Wukong's stealth is literally one point five seconds long, with that small window you need to either stealth from a bush or flash to close the gap from the fog of war. Riot is overblowing his stealth and acts like he's literally undetectable.

And even if the stealth WAS the problem, why nerf his damage then? Wukong is good for sneaking in and bursting down, but the moment he jumps in he's got 0 escapes. Whenever Wukong jumps in it's all or nothing, you can't jump over a wall, you can't dash away, you can't teleport to your previous place, you're 90% likely to die once you go in unless your team is coordinated enough to help you out (Good luck finding that in solo Q)

Riot's mind is in the wrong place, not judging champs correctly and nerfing because of how little they understand them. Instead of getting Wukong back to his bruiser playstyle and giving him some touch ups (sustain, reliable CC, more health) to help him toplane they are just throwing him in the trash and forgetting he ever existed.
