Panth 100-0 you while you're stunned by him. I think it's so cool how even with qss, you're still pretty much gonna eat his entire E unless you flash. It's so fun when, as an adc, you have no options if he runs after you. You have to 100% depend on your team to peel him off, if he builds ghostblade, then there is no way you are outrunning him and there isn't even a chance of you killing him before he kills you since he blocks your autos and stuns you. In a perfect world, this would be no problem, your team would peel him off. but in gold\silver your team is tunnel visioning and completely ignoring him jumping on the back line, or simply walking up on them. Just remove the guaranteed crit bs from his q and i think he'd be fine. as it is now, if you get jumped on you're probably gonna die if you are a squishy. at least with zed you can QSS and outplay him, with LB you can buy maw and juke her chain, with panth you're at the mercy of your team to be smart enough to peel him off...
