I'm a bit disappointed at the lack of Quinn, Cait, and MF 's running around. So far I've seen 1 MF, and I've played Quinn twice. Haven't seen any Cait's.

The Yas is also [less] disappointing. The only significant changes to him are full build at ~3k gold instead of ~4k gold, and new mastery absolutely breaking him.

I don't mind the Graves. Seeing as his kit got a full overhaul, I fully expect people to try it out.

I never said I preferred the change. But the change does have a significant impact on her macro-level gameplay. I'm disappointed nobody seems to be taking interest.

Why would people take interest in something that's terrible?

A split pusher needs 1 of 2 things: duel potential or good escape. Quinn has neither. She is a terrible split pusher and unless really really fed, she is a bad anti-split pusher as well.

I've actually seen a good variety of champs so far. There was 2 mfs in my first game of the patch, and 3 quinns throughout the next few games. I've actually seen more cait then graves and I'm the only one I've seen carry with graves so far (other people were playing him mostly top/bot and I was jungling him since that's where he's most op). The yasuo's I've actually seen haven't done any better than last patch. Don't get me wrong, yasuo and graves are broken, but there are a lot of people trying out all the new reworked champs and not just spamming the OPs.

Can confirm, I feel like every game I've played this morning has had at least a Yasuo, if not a Graves/two adcs somewhere.
