I wasn't playing the game when his changes came about, but when I play Garen, I usually get fed and wreck anyone. All I have to do is Q+E+R (if i even need to use my R). I feel as if Garen could be toned back a bit because his damage can just be insane once you've gotten at least 3 AD items.

Kaelnor1 votesYeah as someone who kind of mains Garen, he does have too much reward and damage for the relatively low risk and skill cap he has. He should get toned down on the AD % scaling (the best way), either that or have the true damage reduced on his Villain mechanics at least.
Sir Yamazuki1 votes3 AD items? People picking Garen are at most building 2 items that contain any AD. Most of the time it's just BC.
Kivolan1 votesRemove the true damage and lower the damage and scaling on his E. There is no reason for a tank to be deleting people with one AD item.
