I literally, LITERALLY cannot play Jhin (in normals, mind you). Either some spiteful fuck on my own team bans him away from me, or the enemy team bans him. I tried instalocking in Blind Pick, but too bad for me my computer isn't fast enough to load first in the room.

It's really fucking frustrating. I've played some custom games with him to learn his abilities, but now I want to play against real people, and I literally can't. I mean, it'd be a long wait in Team Builder since everyone wants to play him, but god dammit this is frustrating and a 30+ Q time would be fine with me if it meant getting to play Jhin.

Now imagine on PBE, with constant instalock Jhins on both teams in EVERY SINGLE GAME, and any time he was banned or picked there would be a dodge. If you weren't playing with a premade the chances if you getting to play a game are slim.
