I don't really know morde's build but item 3009 instead of item 3111 item 3020 item 3158 may help him out

10 Movement speed and a slight slow resistance

compared to

12% damage reduction item 3047 or 30% tenacity item 3111

Is actually a pretty bad trade.

That's what he used to run in 65% of his games until they nerfed it . He used to have enough movement just to keep up to the other tier 2.
