Some Buff Ideas For Teemo

Alright, so Teemo has a pretty hard time in this meta, and its also kinda hard to buff him because he is quite obnoxious to fight.

So, I have some ideas on how to buff him and not break him, feel free to come up with your own and critique my ideas. Keep in mind though, I am not saying that all of these buffs should go through, I am merely providing options for riot to choose from.

Here we go:

• Make Teemo's Passive grant more attack speed as he increases in level.
• Make Teemo's Passive proc faster while inside of bushes (as in, he enters stealth faster)
• Make the Scuttle Crab unable to trip traps and give him the ability to ignore creep block from non-champions(such as Teemo's mushrooms)
• Make Teemo's stealth last a little extra amount of time upon movement (something like 1-2 seconds or so for example, so he would be able to move a little bit while stealthed, note that he would still have to stand still to proc his passive)

Just some ideas, what do you all think?
