Now I don't want to sound like a dumbass or a noob, but is 's kit simple or overloaded?

I wouldn't really call it either. There's enough depth to his kit that I wouldn't call it simple, but there's really not a whole lot going on either. His kit is easy to understand but leaves enough room for a clear skill difference to appear between different players.

The numbers are a different topic entirely, but when it comes to complexity I'd say he's pretty well balanced.

It is overloaded in the sense it has paragraphs to explain abilities and they do some complex stuff, and scale complex.

It is simple in the sense it is easy to understand.

High skill enough to learn to time well or learn to position.

Easy as you can spam Q's.

He has a lot but he also has clear weaknesses, I'd say it balances each other out.

I think he means "overloaded" in terms of complexity, rather than power.

Like how Annie is simple, but pretty powerful at times whereas Kalista has paragraphs for her abilities, but isn't the most OP carry there ever was.

I'd say Jhin is overloaded, since all of his abilities are about a novella each.

Jhins pretty weird. On paper he seems really different; OP, complicated. But then you actually play him and you realise it's not that bad and he's not that complicated
