So lets talk about twitch. Twitch's E was the fist on hit stack up kinda thing in the game. After that there were a few champs that have similar E's (Aka trist and kal) but in my opinion Twitch's E pales in comparison. Maybe its his huge range with his ult is why it has not been buff or he supposed to have a good mid game (which in my opinion is not that good, its ok unless you got fed in lane). Maybe its his stealth or something else I haven't realized, but heres my idea. Add to more stack to his max limit for his E, it would also be good if at like rank 4 you got an extra one and 5 you got another one. The point in trying to make here is that i want to make twitch more viable in this meta. I would love to here what you guys think or even other ideas for him.

I really think Riot should redefine several if his spell like his passive, Q and E and maybe his Ult too. Cause this season everyone thinks he is underfed and they are right. I main Twitch a lot and this season is just not good for him. I mean all the other champion are getting loving reworks like Ashe for example or readjustments, why can't Twitch?

I totally agree Twitch needs some love. He is hands down the weakest of the hyper carries in the game. His early game is abysmal and his mid game is below average unless you got fed somehow. If they just made it where his stealth went off sooner while being attacked, he would be so much better off.
