When kayn gets his transformation if he doesn't choose to transform attacking champions melee or ranged should decrease the wait time on the other form. For example lets say you get shadow assassin on your transformation if you continue to attack melee it will decrease the wait time for Rhaast. It really pains me to gank a ranged lane knowing it will force me into shadow assassin even though i know rhaast will be better for the team or vise versa.
kayn has a stronger lvl 2 than most junglers as a champion that is SUPPOSED to be WEAK early game.
and there are about 100 other champion that could use QOL changes before 
does.

but other champs arn't so lucky, and many other champions are just a joke compared to the new overloaded kits that are coming out.
was stronger in season 4 that she is now, maybe not as bursty... she couldnt 100/0 you like she can now if your a squishy adc and get hit by a max range spear.
but she was more fun. evertthing went to hell with the removal of the season 4 masteries and it went even more to hell with runes "reforged" although ironically that drastically improved nidalee
